It is designed to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and reflects internationally recognized data protection principles.

Who We Are
This Privacy Policy applies to Faishon.studio, a platform operated by 3rd i Visuals Pvt. Ltd., a company based in Bangalore, India. Faishon.studio enables fashion brands, marketplace sellers, and agencies to generate AI-powered on-model fashion photography and videos from user-uploaded garment images.
Definitions
- Platform refers to Faishon.studio, including the web application, image and video generation, saved models, and all supporting services.
- Uploaded Content means images and other material you upload, including garment photographs (flat-lay or on-model), sketches, and reference images.
- Generated Outputs means AI-generated images and videos created from your Uploaded Content.
- Saved Model means an AI-generated synthetic model saved to your account for reuse across shoots.
- You or User refers to any business, team, or individual using our platform.
Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide, bill, secure, and improve our services.
a. Information You Provide
- Name and email address, via account signup or login;
- Business details you choose to provide, including organization name and GST number (for GST-compliant invoicing);
- Uploaded Content, used solely for generating your outputs;
- Saved Model configurations and shoot settings;
- Support requests, messages, and feedback you submit voluntarily.
Uploaded images containing people. Some Uploaded Content (such as on-model garment photographs) may contain images of real people. We process such images only as garment, styling, or background references to generate outputs featuring synthetic AI models , the faces and likenesses of real people in your uploads are not reproduced in Generated Outputs. As set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, you are responsible for ensuring you have the consent of any person appearing in content you upload.
b. Payment Information
Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner (currently Razorpay). Your card, UPI, and payment instrument details are collected and processed directly by the payment partner , we do not receive, store, or have access to them. We receive transaction confirmations, amounts, and invoicing details necessary to credit your account and issue invoices.
c. Information Collected Automatically
- Device and browser type;
- Session tokens and authentication cookies;
- Usage activity, such as features used, credits consumed, and generation history;
- General location (region-level) based on IP address;
- Technical logs, including generation logs used for billing accuracy, error diagnosis, and abuse prevention.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Set up and manage your account and sessions;
- Generate and deliver AI-powered images and videos from your uploads;
- Track credit usage and billing, and issue GST-compliant invoices;
- Maintain platform safety, including automated content screening and abuse investigation as described in our Acceptable Use Policy;
- Respond to your support queries;
- Improve platform features, reliability, and performance;
- Send service communications, and product updates or marketing emails where permitted (you can opt out of marketing at any time).
We do not use your Uploaded Content, Generated Outputs, or Saved Models to train AI models. Your content is processed only to deliver the services you request.
Third-Party AI Processing
Generating your outputs involves processing your Uploaded Content through third-party AI infrastructure providers. Your uploads and generation instructions are transmitted to these providers solely to produce your requested outputs. Under the commercial API terms we operate on, these providers do not use your content to train their models. We select providers with appropriate data protection commitments and share only what is necessary to fulfil your generation requests. A list of our current infrastructure providers is available to customers on request, subject to confidentiality.
Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain secure login sessions, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve onboarding, features, and performance , we do not sell your personal data or share your uploads with analytics providers. Most browsers allow you to control or disable cookies through their settings; disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and appropriate access controls. Access to user data is limited to authorized personnel and only for resolving support requests, operating the platform, or investigating abuse.
In the event of a personal data breach affecting you, we will notify affected users and the relevant authorities as required by the DPDP Act and other applicable law.
Data Retention and Deletion
- Your uploads, shoots, Generated Outputs, and Saved Models remain stored in your workspace until you delete them or your account is closed or deactivated.
- You can delete individual items from your dashboard at any time.
- You may request deletion of your entire account, which results in permanent deletion of associated personal data, except where we are legally required to retain it (for example, tax and invoicing records) or where retention is necessary for abuse investigation or legal compliance, as described in our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Accounts inactive for 12 months may be deactivated as described in our Terms of Use; stored content may be permanently deleted following deactivation.
- Technical and generation logs are retained for limited periods for billing accuracy, security, and abuse prevention.
Your Rights
In accordance with the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed;
- Correction: Request updates or corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements;
- Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for processing based on consent, including opting out of marketing emails;
- Grievance Redressal: Raise a complaint about how your data is handled (see Section 10);
- Nominate: Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, as provided under the DPDP Act.

Grievance Redressal
In accordance with applicable Indian law, including the DPDP Act and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you may contact our Grievance Officer for any complaint regarding your personal data or content on the platform:

We will acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days, or within shorter timelines where required by law (complaints concerning non-consensual intimate imagery are actioned on a priority basis as described in our Acceptable Use Policy).
Children's Privacy
Faishon.studio is built strictly for professional and commercial use. We do not target or knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18. If we discover that such data has been submitted, we will take immediate steps to delete it.
International Users
Faishon.studio primarily serves users in India, and your data may be processed in India and in the jurisdictions where our cloud and AI infrastructure providers operate. Regardless of where you access the platform from, your data is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or product features. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notice, and the updated policy will be published with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
